Off the Block reveals new logo

After three years, Off the Block will have a new look.

Off the Block unveiled Monday morning its new logo and a rebranding for the college men’s volleyball website before the start of the 2014 season.

The new Off the Block logo features a revamped color scheme with a navy blue background and the letters in a neon-green. The more vibrant color scheme for the logo was selected to represent the fast-pace and vibrant nature of the Off the Block brand and the sport of college men’s volleyball.

Along with these changes, the new logo retains the signature volleyball image from the original Off the Block logo. However, the rebranding now has the volleyball in a neon-green color and is located at the top of the logo.

The website’s new logo also includes Off the Blocks’ new tagline: “The Place For College Men’s Volleyball.”

These changes to the website’s logo are accompanied with logo changes to Off the Block’s social media accounts on Twitter and Facebook. The logos used for Twitter (@offtheblock11) and Facebook (facebook.com/offtheblockvolleyball) will feature Off the Block’s new alternate logo that features the website’s initials “OTB.”

Off the Block launched in January 2011 and has become among the nation’s leaders in college men’s volleyball news and analysis. In addition, the website received national accolades earlier this year as it was named a AVCA Grant Burger Media Award finalist for its college men’s volleyball coverage.

  1. Nice looking logo Vinnie. Any plans for an app? It’d be nice to eventually have a way to track game scores, rankings, schedules, etc. all in one spot. Love the blog. Thanks!
