Duncanson, a 6-foot-9 senior from Ontario, helped Canada win a silver medal at the 2022 Pan American Cup Final Six. The middle attacker also spent two years playing for the Canadian Men’s Junior National Team that qualified for the 2021 FIVB U21 World Championship.

Along with the international playing experience, Duncanson played college volleyball with Canadian school Queen’s. Duncanson ended last season hitting .398 and averaging 0.70 blocks per game en route to earning second-team all-conference honors.

Charleston in 2023 earned a spot in the national rankings for the first time in program history and finished in third place in the EIVA.
