Pepperdine outside attacker, setter react to winning the MPSF tournament

No. 3 seed Pepperdine advanced to their third straight NCAA Tournament after defeating No. 5 seed Stanford in five games in the MPSF Tournament final on Saturday night in Pauley Pavilion, 25-20, 25-19, 22-25, 22-25, 15-12. Pepperdine outside attacker Alex Gettinger, who named to the all-tournament team, had 42 kills in three matches this weekend. MPSF Tournament MVP Bryce Dvorak ended the tournament with 155 assists.
