OTB, Springbak release new college men’s volleyball national media poll

A week of upsets has resulted in absolute bedlam and movement in the new poll.

Seven of the top-10 teams changed rankings in the latest Off the Block/Springbak, Inc. National Media Poll that was released on Tuesday.

Among the teams that had the biggest jump included Hawai’i, which moved up one spot to No. 2 in the poll. In addition, Ohio State following conference losses plummeted five spots to No. 9.

The Off the Block/Springbak, Inc. National Media Poll is the only rankings in NCAA Division I-II men’s volleyball solely determined by media members. The 10 teams receiving the most votes are ranked in the National Media Poll, while other schools earning votes but finishing outside of the top 10 are considered teams receiving votes.

A new national media poll is released every Tuesday during the regular season on Off the Block’s website.
