Video: No. 5 UC Irvine knocks off No. 4 Pepperdine in five games

Middle attacker Jason Agopian had a team-high six blocks and added 13 kills on a .579 attack percentage to help No. 5 UC Irvine beat No. 4 Pepperdine 22-25, 25-18, 25-20, 18-25, 15-13 on Saturday in Irvine, Calfiornia.

Agopian was one of four Anteaters to finish with double-digit kills in a victory that moved UC Irvine into a three-way tie for first place in the MPSF. Both outside attackers Tamir Herskho and Kyle Russell had a team-high 18 kills, while opposite Zack La Cavera added 10 kills against Pepperdine.
