Three former members of the U.S. Boys’ Youth National Team highlight the latest recruiting class for USC.

Coach Jeff Nygaard recently announced that five high school players have committed to join the Trojans for the 2022 season.

Noah Keelin, a 6-foot-5 outside attacker from San Clemente, California, was a member of the U.S. Boys’ Youth National Training Team last year. In addition, the high school all-conference selection helped his club team advance to the gold-medal match at the 2019 USA Volleyball Boys’ Junior National Championships.

Austin Stuard, a 6-foot libero from Manhattan Beach, California, made the U.S. Boys’ Youth National Training Team after participating in the 2019 USA Volleyball Boys’ Youth Holiday Program. In addition, Stuard helped his club team win a U15 national championship at a recent USA Volleyball Boys’ Junior National Championships.

Luke Hobus, a 6-foot-5 middle attacker from Verdes Estates, California, has been playing on his high school’s varsity boys’ volleyball team since his freshman year and earned first-team all-area honors in 2019. He also is the younger brother of Kyle Hobus who is an outside attacker at CSUN.

Teddy Terrill, a 6-foot-7 middle attacker from Los Angeles, competed for the MB Surf Volleyball Club.

USC two years removed from reaching the NCAA Tournament ended last season in fifth place in the MPSF and lost in the conference tournament quarterfinals.
