    Princeton announced Friday that recent high school graduates Billy Andrew, Mike Fuerst and Kendall Ratter committed to join the Tigers beginning in the 2015 season.

    Princeton coach Sam Shweisky is making sure his team gets tested right from the start of the upcoming season.

    Shweisky in an interview with Off the Block earlier this week said that Princeton will open the 2015 season with a single-season program-record six matches against the MPSF.

    The NCAA Tournament field will become a whole lot clearer at the conclusion of Conference Championship Saturday.

    Three of the six spots in the NCAA Tournament will be decided tonight as the MIVA, EIVA and MPSF all have play conference tournament championship matches. With underdog teams like Lewis and Princeton also eyeing a chance to win and crash the NCAA Tournament, each conference title match will have significant affect on Selection Sunday.

  • Video: Princeton pounds past Harvard to reach EIVA championship match

    For the first time in four years, Princeton is heading back to the EIVA Tournament title match.

    All-EIVA outside attacker Pat Schwagler had a match-high 19 kills as the No. 3 seed Princeton defeated the No. 2 seed Harvard 25-20, 25-15, 22-25, 25-21 in the EIVA Tournament semifinals on Thursday in University Park, Pa.

  • Conference tournament semifinal matches to follow tonight

    Four matches tonight will go a long way to determine the NCAA Tournament field as the conference tournament resume in the MPSF and EIVA.

    Pepperdine and Stanford in a match-up between two of the top-five ranked teams in the nation highlight the slate of conference tournament semifinal matches. In addition, out in the East Coast it will be an All-Ivy League battle in the EIVA Tournament semifinals as Princeton and Harvard play each other.

  • EIVA announces 2014 Player of the Year, all-conference teams

    Penn State outside attacker Aaron Russell for the second consecutive year earned the conference’s top individual honor.

    The EIVA announced Tuesday afternoon that Russell was selected as the 2014 Uvaldo Acosta Memorial EIVA Player of the Year.
