Szerszen powers Ohio State past Loyola for third straight MIVA title

Szerszen had a match-high four aces and added 12 kills on a .417 attack percentage to help Ohio State sweep Loyola 25-20, 25-23, 25-19 in the MIVA Tournament finals on Saturday in Columbus, Ohio. (more…)

Ohio State’s Szerszen makes history with third MIVA Player of Year
Ohio State outside attacker Nicolas Szerszen is now in a category all by himself throughout the almost 60-year history of the MIVA.
The senior All-American on Wednesday was named the 2018 MIVA Player of the Year to become the first three-time recipient of the award in the conference’s history. (more…)

Loyola narrowly jumps ahead of BYU in new RPI rankings
