King, Harvard, Lewis to compete at new-look Outrigger Invitational
One of the most prestigious annual non-conference tournaments will be revamped for the upcoming season featuring two first-time participants.
Hawai’i announced earlier this week that it will play host to Harvard, King and NCAA finalists Lewis at its home non-conference tournament the Outrigger Invitational. (more…)

Cal Baptist adds Harvard, Sacred Heart to non-conference schedule
For the first time in four years, Cal Baptist will travel to the East Coast for non-conference matches.
Cal Baptist as part of recently unveiling its 2016 schedule announced that it will play road matches against both EIVA schools Harvard and Sacred Heart in March. (more…)

Record 5 teams receive national academic award
For the second consecutive year, five NCAA Division I-II men’s volleyball teams earned national academic honor.
The AVCA announced Wednesday that Cal Baptist, George Mason, Grand Canyon, Harvard and NJIT all received the organization’s annual Team Academic Award. (more…)

Conference tournament semifinal matches to follow tonight
Three more spots to Conference Championship Friday will be decided tonight.
The MIVA Tournament semifinals continue as Loyola plays host to Ohio State with a chance to reach the conference finals for the third straight year. In addition, the EIVA Tournament gets underway with both semifinal matches. (more…)

Top college men’s volleyball matches to follow tonight
Only a few weeks until the postseason and several matches today could go a long way to determining the conference tournament fields.
No. 6 BYU and No. 13 CSUN will open a two-match weekend series with both teams facing a near must-win situation for completely different reasons. In addition, No. 1 Hawai’i will attempt to remain in first place in the MPSF as it plays host to No. 15 Stanford. (more…)

Harvard outside Clemens wins OTB/Springbak National Player of Month
A record amount of fans voted to make Harvard outside attacker Branden Clemens the Off the Block/Springbak, Inc. National Player of the Month for February.
Clemens received a record 10,518 votes to win the only college men’s volleyball national monthly award solely determined by the fans. (more…)
