The U.S. preliminary roster is set for an upcoming international tournament.

USA Volleyball announced recently the 21-player training roster for the U23 NORCECA Pan American Cup.

The roster for this tournament is comprised of recent college graduates and current NCAA men’s volleyball players. In addition, the roster will be reduced to 12 players for the event following a one-week training block in late July.

UCLA leads all schools with three current players making this U.S. roster. Penn State, Pepperdine and Stanford also each have multiple current players selected to the team.

Along with these schools, Ball State, BYU, CSUN, Loyola, McKendree, UC Santa Barbara and USC all have a current player on the team.

This the first time the United States has competed in the U23 Pan American Cup since the international started in 2023.
