Off the Bock to host Volleyball Trivia Night at Glory Days Grill in Fairfax

Fans attending the NCAA Tournament will have an opportunity to test their men’s volleyball knowledge and become the ultimate trivia championship.

Off the Block announced it will present Volleyball Trivia Night starting at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Glory Days Grill.

This event is open to the public and participants will be able to compete in teams to answer trivia questions about NCAA men’s volleyball and Olympics men’s volleyball. The team that answers the most questions correctly will receive a gift card to the host site of the event – Glory Days Grill.


Glory Days Grill, located at 3059 Nutley St., is a sports themed family grill and bar that has an award-winning menu with a variety of freshly prepared appetizers, entrees and sandwiches.

The Off the Block staff will write the questions for this trivia event and the news website’s founder and editor Vinnie Lopes will serve as the emcee.

More rules about the trivia event will be provided at the start of the contest.

The seven-team men’s volleyball NCAA Tournament will begin Sunday with all matches being played at Eagle Bank Arena in Fairfax, Virginia

This trivia event will take place during the off day between the opening-round matches. Ohio State and King will play in the first opening-round match on Sunday, while the second and third opening-round matches will feature Grand Canyon versus Long Beach State and Penn State versus the winner of the first opening-round match.
