Coach John Speraw in his first year as the UCLA head coach didn’t waste any time landing one of the nation’s top recruiting classes.
UCLA led all college teams with four incoming freshmen recruits making the AVCA High School Senior All-American Team that was released Tuesday afternoon.

UC Irvine days after repeating as national champions now ends the season atop the national media poll.
The Anteaters received every first-place vote to move back to No. 1 in the season’s final nation media poll that was released Tuesday.

The 2013 college men’s volleyball season is over and could not have been more memorable.
Everything from UC Irvine winning its second consecutive NCAA championship on Saturday to massive regular season upsets and individual performances highlighted the four-month season.

Four more tickets will be punched to Conference Championship Saturday by the end of the night.
The top-four nationally ranked teams will be on display in Provo, Utah, with both MPSF Tournament semifinal matches, including No. 2 UC Irvine playing No. 3 Long Beach State in match potentially critical to the NCAA Tournament at-large bid. In addition out in the East Coast, Penn State will look to continue its 15-year domination of the conference tournament as the EIVA Tournament begins tonight.
