Lincoln Memorial as part of recently unveiling its 2019 schedule announced it will play a two-match road series against Hawai’i on Feb. 15-17.

Hawai’i recruit helps Czech Republic win silver medal at European Championship
A Russian comeback victory overshadowed Hawai’i outside attacker Filip Humler in the championship match having his best defensive performance for the Czech Republic.
Humler coming off the bench finished with a tournament-high two blocks as the Czech Republic lost to Russia 18-25, 25-13, 21-25, 25-18, 18-16 in the U20 European Championship gold medal match on Sunday in the Netherlands. (more…)

Upset run ends for Hawai’i players at Beach Volleyball Championship
Hawai’i outside attackers Brett Rosenmeier and Colton Cowell were unable to pull off back-to-back upsets and are now out of medal contention at the World University Beach Volleyball Championship.
Rosenmeier and Cowell a day after pulling a first-round upset lost to the Australian pair of Paul Burnett and Maximilian Guehrer 24-14, 21-12 in the second round of the international tournament on Wednesday in Germany. (more…)

Hawai’i pair pulls off first-round upset at Beach Volleyball Championship
Hawai’i players once again delivered in a critical match — this time it was just on the sand.
Hawai’i outside attackers Colton Cowell and Brett Rosenmeier representing the United States defeated Singapore’s Fan Yan Mark Shen and Zi Hao Kingsley Tay 21-14, 21-15 in the opening round of the World University Beach Volleyball Championship on Tuesday in Munich, Germany. (more…)

Hawai’i recruit helps Czech Republic earn berth to European Championship Finals
A Hawai’i incoming recruit helped his country qualify for the CEV U20 European Championship Finals.
Outside attacker Filip Humler in limited playing time contributed to the Czech Republic going undefeated at the European Championship third round this weekend and earning one of the last berths to the 12-team finals. (more…)
