Ball State signs multiple all-state high school players
A high school state player of the year along with three all-state players will play for Ball State in the upcoming seasons.
Ball State coach Joel Walton announced during the weekend that high school seniors Blake Reardon, Courtland Scharenborg, Spencer Smith and Matt Szews each signed national letters of intent to join the Cardinals beginning in 2017. (more…)

UCLA, Ball State agree to non-conference match in 2016
The two programs with the most wins in college men’s volleyball history will meet each other in non-conference play for the first time in five years.

Ball State middle Walsh dominant in U.S. sweep of El Salvador
One of the nation’s top blockers in college men’s volleyball delivered on offense to help the United States secure a spot in the quarterfinals at the Pan American Cup.
Ball State middle attacker Matt Walsh had a match-high 11 kills as the U.S. Men’s Junior National Team swept El Salvador 25-15, 25-14, 25-22 in its group play finale on Thursday in Canada. (more…)

Conference tournament quarterfinal matches to follow tonight
The oldest conference tournament in college volleyball will get underway tonight with three quarterfinal matches.
