Ohio State outside attacker Reese Devilbiss and Hawai’i outside attacker Austin Matautia weren’t in the U.S. starting lineup but took full advantage of their time on the court.
Devilbiss and Matautia each had a match-high seven kills as the U.S. Men’s Junior National Team swept Barbados 25-15, 25-15, 25-16 on Tuesday in Canada to open the group-play stage at the U21 NORCECA Continental Championship. (more…)

The United States went undefeated during its three-match weekend home stand as it beat Russia, Australia and Bulgaria. With these victories, the United States (8-1, 23 points) clinched a berth to the six-team FIVB World League finals next week in Poland. As a part of the 10-day Dallas Sports Festival, Team USA hosted Olympic Day on Friday at the Dallas Convention Center. The seven-hour event included autograph signings with the U.S. Men’s Volleyball National Team and U.S. fencing teams along with activities for kids, vendors from the city and sitting volleyball.
