Seven players from Europe have been awarded new college men’s volleyball honor.
Off the Block announced on Sunday that Barton’s Angelos Mandilaris, Hawai’i’s Rado Parapunov and Stijn van Tilburg, Limestone’s Florian Ruhm, Long Beach State’s Simon Anderson and Ohio State’s Maxime Hervoir and Nicolas Szerszen were named to the inaugural Off the Block All-European Team. (more…)

A nationwide voting committee selected 10 players to the annual Off the Block/Springbak, Inc. Freshmen All-American Team.
The Off the Block/Springbak, Inc. Freshmen All-American Team honors the top NCAA Division I-II men’s volleyball freshmen players from the regular season. This is the fifth year Off the Block and Springbak, Inc. have presented the national honor, and it remains the only Freshmen All-American Team presented in college men’s volleyball. (more…)

Outside attacker Nicolas Szerszen picked up in NCAA Tournament right where he left off last season.
