U.S. unveils preliminary roster for upcoming NORCECA U21 Championship

The United States determined its preliminary roster for the team that will attempt to qualify for the 2019 FIVB U21 World Championship.

Long Beach, UCLA, Pepperdine players make U.S. roster for exhibition series

Four current college men’s volleyball players will be on the U.S. roster for exhibition matches against Argentina.

Long Beach State outside attacker TJ DeFalco and opposite Kyle Ensing, UCLA setter Micah Ma’a and Pepperdine outside attacker David Wieczorek were selected to play in the three-match series that begins Wednesday. Pepperdine’s Wieczorek three-peats as OTB/Springbak National Player of Year

The fans have spoken, and Pepperdine All-American outside attacker David Wieczorek is once again earning a national award.

Long Beach State, Pepperdine players make initial U.S. roster for Nations League

Three current college men’s volleyball All-Americans will be on the U.S. preliminary roster for the biggest international tournament of the year.

USA Volleyball announced Monday that Long Beach State outside attacker TJ DeFalco, Long Beach State opposite Kyle Ensing and Pepperdine outside attacker David Wieczorek were selected to the 26-player U.S. roster for the upcoming FIVB Volleyball Nations League. OTB, Springbak unveil 2018 Freshmen All-American Team


A nationwide voting committee selected 10 players to the annual Off the Block/Springbak, Inc. Freshmen All-American Team.

The Off the Block/Springbak, Inc. Freshmen All-American Team honors the top NCAA Division I-II men’s volleyball freshmen players from the regular season. This is the fifth year Off the Block and Springbak, Inc. have presented the national honor, and it remains the only Freshmen All-American Team presented in college men’s volleyball. Video: BYU serve too much for Pepperdine, wins MPSF regular season title

No. 2/2 BYU didn’t leave any doubt who was the best team in the MPSF during the regular season.

BYU hit .400 and finished with a season-high 11 aces it swept No. 4/5 Pepperdine 25-20, 25-17, 25-14 on Thursday in Malibu, California, to clinch the MPSF regular season title and home court advantage throughout the conference tournament. Postseason volleyball is coming back to Firestone Fieldhouse for the first time in three years.

All-conference outside attacker David Wieczorek had a match-high 15 kills as No. 5/6 Pepperdine swept USC 25-20, 26-24, 25-23 on Thursday in Los Angeles to clinch home court advantage for the opening round of the MPSF Tournament.
