Ball State, North Greenville pair win U.S. beach volleyball national title

Ball State and North Greenville will now have national champions on their roster during the upcoming season — beach volleyball national champions.

Ball State outside attacker Kaleb Jenness and North Greenville Christian Phung competing as a pair went undefeated at the USA National Beach Tour Junior Championship in Siesta Key, Florida, to win the U18 Boys’ Division title. Video: North Greenville avoids upset, beats Queens in five games

All-conference middle attacker Matt McManaway delivered for North Greenvllle at the most critical times to avoid a road upset.

Lindenwood, North Greenville to play in Battle for the MAFIAoZA’S Brass Knuckles Pizza

Two NCAA men’s volleyball teams that are on the rise will compete in the inaugural Battle for the MAFIAoZA’S Brass Knuckles Pizza.

Off the Block announced Sunday that Lindenwood and North Greenville will play each other in the trophy game at 12:30 p.m. Saturday in Nashville, as part of the Off the Block Grow the Game Challenge presented by MotorMVB.
