George Mason setter Negron named 2018 EIVA Player of Year

Setter Brian Negron has capped off his final college season with a conference regular season title and now a top individual honor.

Video: George Mason coach Hosack reacts to winning EIVA regular season title

The EIVA Tournament is heading to George Mason for the first time in more than 20 years.

George Mason rallied to beat Harvard 25-22, 27-29, 25-27, 27-25, 15-11 on Friday in Fairfax, Virginia, to clinch the EIVA regular season championship and home court advantage throughout the upcoming conference tournament.
