There is no dissension among the voters for the top team in college men’s volleyball.

The NCAA champions Long Beach State was the unanimous No. 1 team in the season’s final Off the Block//Springbak, Inc. National Media Poll that was released on Thursday.

The 49ers became the third team in the rally scoring era to end a season with one or fewer losses. In addition, Long Beach State defeated UCLA in the NCAA Tournament finals on Saturday to win its program’s first national championship in 27 years.

The Off the Block/Springbak, Inc. National Media Poll is the only rankings in NCAA Division I-II men’s volleyball solely determined by media members. The 10 teams receiving the most votes are ranked in the National Media Poll, while other schools earning votes but finishing outside of the top 10 are considered teams receiving votes.

A new national media poll is released every Tuesday during the regular season on Off the Block’s website.
