Video: Patch powers No. 4/4 BYU past No. 2/2 UCLA for series sweep

All-American opposite Ben Patch had a match-high 13 kills on a .458 attack percentage as No. 4/4 BYU beat No. 2/2 UCLA 25-13, 25-23, 31-29 on Saturday in Provo, Utah, to complete the two-match series sweep.

BYU had more than a .400 attack percentage in all three games and out-hit UCLA .420 to .198. In addition, the Cougars committed eight attack errors throughout the entire match — 13 fewer errors than the Bruins.

Patch was one of three BYU players with more than five kills in the victory. All-American outside attacker Jake Langlois had 11 kills on a .556 attack percentage, while middle attacker Price Jarman added eight kills and hit .800.
