OTB/Springbak Fan Choice National Player of Year: First-round voting

Off the Block selected and seeded the 64 players for the bracket, and now it is up to the fans to determine who should win the Off the Block/Springbak, Inc. Fan Choice National Player of the Year.

The Off the Block/Springbak, Inc. Fan Choice Player of the Year recognizes the best individual performances from NCAA Division I-II men’s volleyball players during the season and gives volleyball fans from around the world the chance decide the winner through online voting.

Field unveiled for 2016 OTB/Springbak Fan Choice Player of Year tourney

The bracket is set and 64 players have been selected for the annual Off the Block/Sprinbak, Inc. Fan Choice National Player of the Year tournament.

Loyola’s Jendryk helps U.S. power past Dominican Republic

Loyola middle attacker Jeff Jendryk stepped up with several of his teammates sick to help get the United States into the Pan American Cup quarterfinals.

Jendryk had a match-high four blocks and added nine kills as the United States defeated Dominican Republic 25-20, 25-23, 26-28, 25-17 on Thursday in Mexico City to finish group play undefeated at the continental tournament. Continue reading “Loyola’s Jendryk helps U.S. power past Dominican Republic”
