Stanford adds Concordia, Holy Names to 2015 schedule

The team that was one match away from winning the national championship last year will play three non-conference matches against emerging NCAA Division I-II programs next season.

Stanford as part of unveiling its 2015 regular season announced that it will have a home match versus Holy Names and play a home-and-home series against Concordia-Irvine.

UC Irvine, Lewis to meet for second straight year in season opener

Coach Dan Friend has once again made Lewis’ non-conference schedule challenging right from the start of the season.

For the second consecutive year, Lewis and UC Irvine will play in the nation’s first college men’s volleyball non-conference match of the season as the Flyers will play a road match against the Anteaters.

Pepperdine’s Dunphy to help coach U.S. at World Championships

A coach with multiple NCAA championships and an Olympic gold medal will be on the sidelines for the U.S. Women’s National Team during its biggest international tournament of the year.

USA Volleyball recently announced that Pepperdine coach Marv Dunphy will serve as an assistant coach for the upcoming FIVB Women’s World Championships.

LBSU to install nation’s biggest video screen for college arena

Things will be a little bit bigger at Long Beach State compared to other college men’s volleyball venues starting next season.

Long Beach State announced Wednesday that it will begin installing in Walter Pyramid the nation’s largest wall-mounted video scoreboard for an on-campus college arena.
